This is my life's work, and I know this terrain from the inside.
I support high-achieving women and couples in midlife to reawaken desire, reclaim a sense of purpose, and create a vibrant next chapter. My approach blends somatic practice, psychoeducation, and actionable coaching so that problems become signals you can respond to instead of evidence that something is wrong with you.
My clients do not come to me because there is something wrong with then. They come because they know that something is possible and they are finally ready to reach for it.
All of my work is deeply grounded in my dual expertise as a Licensed Therapist and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, allowing me to bring clinical depth and specialized relational training to your journey.
